Overview

Obu̹ Qàbâ was founded durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1448, by Nīsh Mboida̋sh 'Skyla Maeve' Vúchvór Goīb̪fé̄ Nīrmboī Trèdsme. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Nīsh Mboida̋sh 'Skyla Maeve' Vúchvór Goīb̪fé̄ Nīrmboī Trèdsme.

Obu̹ Qàbâ was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Obu̹ Qàbâ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Obu̹ Qàbâ is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad packed earth streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Unfortuantly, these cost-cutting-focused defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Obu̹ Qàbâ makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Obu̹ Qàbâ’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.
